He should have kept his mouth shut, there's been more rain that many other years so far.

I wouldn't be surprised if they're up there meddling with the cloud seeding.

I expect floods followed by a few months of drought and then more floods.

Gen Prayut wrote on his Facebook account Prayut Chan-o-cha that yesterday (Sept 15) he visited the Chao Phraya dam in Chai Nat province to see water flows from the North and he learned that two previous storms caused floods in some areas only and water levels remained stable in general.

He should have come to Pattaya, it was far worse than in previous years ..!!!

Geez, do these stooges talk with each other......?

Two days ago one of his many underlings gave advice on how Thais need to be prepared for floods this year, including hoarding.

Somchai: You tell'm there's gonna be floods soon....

Terdsak: Okay, and next day you tell'm there won't be!

Somchai: Gosh, I love my job!

Somchai and Terdsak: Ha, ha, ha, ha.....

Not even a single serious typhoon has made landfall and he knows that there is nothing to worry. Good luck.

Sure 2011 started early and lasted and lasted.

But read what happened end of September and beginning of October.

Thailand's answer to Michael Fish.

Why did Michael Fish become famous in 1987?

The night of Monday 15 October marks 25 years since the UK's Great Storm of 1987, in which 18 people died as winds reached speeds of 115mph. Former BBC weatherman Michael Fish gained notoriety for a forecast earlier that day which told people not to worry

And Sevenoaks became Two Oaks !
