Also, I contacted my hotel and they said that they will pick me up at the airport and drive me by their partner hospital for the test even though I arrive so late at night. Apparently, the hospital does do the tests 24/7. So, that is a relief to know that I don't have to wait until the morning to get the test.

Try the CORS solution which seems to have worked for some.

 

Disable ‘Cross Origin Restrictions’ on your browser (you’ll have to find out how - its browser specific).

 

Then try again.

 

IF you get a Passport Number has already been used Error message  go back a few pages to the passport input (do not hit back-page on the browser, use the Back button on the page itself).

 

Place a space behind your passport number, submit the next couple of pages. 

Re-Submit the Insurance document, then hit the final submission. 

 

 

This seemed to work 

 

IF you get the 421 4.4.5 Too many messages from this host last hour Error message then you may need to wait a while... (or log in with a VPN).

 

Edit: Update - Success with the Wife and Son’s application: I logged into a VPN so that the serve would accept the open connection from my IP address.

 

[421 error = indicates that the SMTP server has a limit on how many simultaneous open connections it will accept from a single IP address] thus I changed my IP address.

 

 

I still haven’t received an e-mail from my application / registration or that of my Wife / Son (although I did receive an on-screen success message for both).

 Not sure I have called 5 star hotels and 1 star hotels and no one knows anything. I think Phuket is not ready and the only choice is to cancel Phuket and go to Bangkok as they have the one night packages that can be booked.

Was this for Bangkok or Phuket if Phuket which hotel name please?

I have not seen any AQ packages.

 

There are SHA+ rooms which can be booked for a night. 

The PCR test can be booked at the PSAS site (1 arrival test - 2400 baht)  https://www.thailandpsas.com 

The Transfer from Airport to Hotel is SHA+ (as thats all the airport allows). 

 

This may be the way around things.

will having two insurance policies (oz allianz general health AND tgia covid19 - cos of age 81) be a problem when there is only one box to input policy numbers. ie will it accept two policy numbers in the one box. just checking before taking the plunge in about two weeks for about 1/12/21 arrival.

Just upload tgia in the first instance (keep things simple and try not to confuse them).

Anyway. In both cases I have not received any confirmation emai.. Which is a bit worry some. Anyone with the same issue?

it might be ok for the online registration but when assessed by a "person" maybe the lack of general health cover will be noticed and QR pass not given stuffing up ticket,sha etc. .

Same issue here... 

After d!<king around all day, resubmitting time and time again, then disabling Cross Origin Restrictions (CORS) then logging unto a VPN, then putting spaces before and after the passport numbers - then submitting I received the ‘Successful’ message for my Wife and Sons Application and mine. 

 

But... No e-mail response / conformation.

Isn't it ridiculous, that it is necessary to falsify modify the vaccination certificates due to their stupidity?

yeah for sure! a lot of things doesn't work well yet. Still needed to add 2 vaccine shots with johnson & johnson. 
Can only add one document for hotel + Covid test (needed to edit them together to uploaded this)

Just got my Thailand pass QR-code for entering Phuket on the 6th of November. Applied for it today at around 09:00am Berlin time. Took from application till approval around 6hrs.

 

Uploaded following documents (got jpg through making screenshots of the pdfs):

• Printed Vaccine certificate (yellow book: 1st page and page with the covid vaccines) as one jpg file.
  You can place that on one page with MS Word
• EU digital vaccine certificates (exported pdf files for the 1st and 2nd shot via CovPass app) 
• PRE-PAID SHA PLUS HOTEL CONFIRMATION. Entered the SHABA-id in the booking no. field
• Health insurance policy with sufficient coverage in Engish
• Passport as jpg file

Helpful tool to convert pdf files to jpgs: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/pdf-to-jpg.html

 

To circumvent the api errors i started google chrome on my macbook through a terminal window with the following command:

 open -na Google\ Chrome --args --user-data-dir=/tmp/temporary-chrome-profile-dir --disable-web-security --disable-site-isolation-trials

I disabled it using the following method : https://alfilatov.com/posts/run-chrome-without-cors/ , and it did the trick for me as well. This whole thing is a joke from my view : I leave on Wednesday, I asked a Visa, and it's been 4 weeks the embassy ghost me, due to that my COE was rendered unusable, I had no time to make one for visa exemption and now I had to deal with it, it better be some good damn holidays ????

I'm using a MacBook. I opened the terminal, dropped in the command for OS X found on the afilitov.com site. Chrome opened automatically.

I then resubmitted all my infos and jpegs (no pdfs - really?) and received an error at the end of the process that my passport number had already been used.

I went back and added a couple of spaces after my passport number, clicked back to the end and added my insurance document again. Success!

 

Followed up with the application for my wife and was also successful. She has received an email confirmation and I have not.

 

Once again - thank you for this help without which I would have been trying to re-submit for days probably. It is kind of ridiculous that I needed your IT skills to fill out a form for a "simplified" system ????

Did your vaccination certificate have passport number?

 

If not, did you manually add it?

This is a <deleted> show! The COE was bad. This is near impossible without a lot of perserverence and tech skills (not to mention all of us now holding our breath worried about hackers getting into such an obviously insecure system). Can't see tourists flooding in.

Hi Guys, been trying all day to upload and getting the same error message as everyone else 

i put 2 spaces behind my passport number and it went through however the spaces i personally dont think made any difference it was just luck

passport number was on my vaccine certificate

got the success message but no conformation email, so no a clue if they have got it or not but i dont want to keep uploading incase it effects anything that may have gone through.

im due to fly in the 11th so i do have time....................... not the best start
