Here’s hoping many Russian soldiers will see the light and follow their example!

I hope RT plays these videos!

A recent CNN story showing newly liberated areas, including the town of Mykhailivka, as the front moves forwards hour by hour.  The happiness of the people to see the Ukrainian soldiers, and Western media, is clear to see - no 'Yes" to Russian referendum voters here.  As are the more disturbing images of dead Russian soldiers, abandoned where they fell, along with clothing, weapons and the odd tank or two.  Someone needs to hack into the Russian TV network and play this footage so the families of those who's sons, brothers and fathers are in Ukraine can see just what "leave no man behind" actually means to Putin.  Unsurprisingly, the Russians continue to shell the newly liberated towns and villages in yet another act of criminality.  What price one man's demented dreams of empire?  And what price is yet to be paid?

I watched this video and heard the warning about it being graphic,

i can handle that no problem.

What breaks my hart is the old lady crying because she is liberated

and also because two of her sons are fighting the Russians.

What is really both frightening and frustrating is the fact that again because of one narcissistic idiot a major part of the world is in fact being kept hostage.

A very sobering view of the war. Besides killing, murdering, raping and torturing, the only purpose of the Russian army being there seems to be to pillage, loot and steal everything they can get their hands on. And then after a few months, and losing (tens of) thousands of men, they retreat. The complete madness of Putin’s senseless war exposed.

if they only could send these to Russia for the people to see, Putin would be gone by end of the day

Here’s another reminder that if the West can provide Ukraine with enough advanced weapons, they are able to kick the Russian nazis out.

There are not dissimilar pictures and videos from war zones all around the world. Leaders for those aggression have not been punished either. The world has become immune to pictures of human suffering.

At times of war I'm pretty sure military manufacturers always make huge amounts of money, its been that way since year dot.

Considering Russia is reduced to going to North Korea for shells and Iran for drones then others are also benefiting along with Russia's own military machine that's attempting to ramp up their depleted arms

Big if but if this train carrying Nuclear equipment has been tracked you can bet your <deleted> it's being watched closely by Satalite tracking and will be located. My bet is special forces will, or may already be on the ground observing such as the British SAS destroying the mobile Scud launches during the gulf war, and will take them out before there used. News crews around Lyman filmed dead Russian Soldiers on the roads around the town left by their own troops too busy running away to recover them. The Ukrainians were seen placing them into body bags and removing them. That's the reality facing these conscripts from Russia. Its little wonder why there scurrying away and avoiding the Draft.

I am surprised no conspiracy theorist has suggested that they have bribed Putin to start a war! ????

In my country there are plenty of right-wingers saying how convenient this war is for the ‘liberals’ to achieve their energy transition goals, seeing as how prices of gas and electricity are going through the roof.

I’m no Elon Musk so I’m not proposing anything. But if both sides run out of ammunition, surely the war will end, no? Except for hand to hand fighting lol.

It's actually what may determine the final outcome: the ability of one camp to produce weapons faster than the other.

Similar to WW2.

I did read though that some conspiracy theorists are saying that the US provoked Russia into the war by expanding NATO to their doorstep. That’s absolute rubbish of course, that’s why I won’t link any of those articles here.

if that's the case why are you mentioning it, ... sure looks/sounds confusing

Maybe a timely reminder on why Russia started this and how it would like to end it! This piece and video is not some, tv pundit, lowly official or journalist but Russian General and Deputy Defense Committee Chairman Vladimir Shamanov, one of Putin's henchmen

The script below is from me copying what he said from the video in parts but its English subtitled to. It echos Putin's Peter the Great Speech where its clearly not anything to do with NATO

"Our nation was built through territorial enlargement outside of the boundaries of our nation, regardless of the nationality, that person is Russian. We stand far apart from other nations, surpassing all others, our superiority is recognized worldwide

We'll need to take 20 - 40 years changing one or two generations to fully uproot this disease, it won't be easy, it has to be under our control, no need to delude ourselves that somebody else will do this for us. Thinking Ukrainians would greet us with flowers was one of the main mistakes, we felt it in the first 5 days. We don't know the future mindset of the population, or our future relations with neighbouring countries.

A long time period is ahead of us when we will be the only ones present in Ukraine, because we have to fully demilitarize Ukraine and this is not a simple issue, it will take 5 to 10 years. Secondly its denazification which will be happening simultaneously and the formation of the government."

Ukraine's New Offensive Is Fueled by Captured Russian Weapons

“The Russians no longer have a firepower advantage. We smashed up all their artillery units before launching the offensive, and then we started to move ahead so fast that they didn’t even have time to fuel up and load their tanks,” said the officer. “They just fled and left everything behind.”

Combined with weapons taken during Russia’s retreat from Kyiv and other parts of northern Ukraine in April, these recent gains have turned Moscow into by far the largest supplier of heavy weapons for Ukraine, well ahead of the U.S. or other allies in sheer numbers, according to open-source intelligence analysts. Western-provided weapons, though, are usually more advanced and precise.

That guy has got a sense of humor on him! I mean, really? Then why are we not all driving Russian cars, and using Russian iphones?

The only thing that Russia excels at right now is subhuman behavior in their war against Ukraine, and in the parts of Ukraine they occupy. They’re also getting very good at oppressing their own people in ‘mother Russia’.

usually losers do react erratically after heavy losses... Orcs are losing in all fronts, not enough troops, guns or armored vehicles, thus, unfortunately, resorting to dirty reactions/actions, their only option is to counter with missiles regardless where or at what they are aiming, private citizens, residential buildings, schools, hospitals, everybody knows Russians have no respect for any laws

Discontent has begun to bubble up among even loyalist state TV hosts.

"Please explain to me what the general staff's genius idea is now?" Vladimir Solovyov, one of the most prominent Russian talk show hosts, said on his livestream channel.

What worries me that instead of using a nuclear device

Putin may "by accident"bomb a nuclear power plant.

The results would be terrible!
