Did you ever walk in Walking Street in the middle of the night? I am a guy and maybe some girls try to grab me and pull me in a bar and there is a good chance that one or more of the ladyboys do that for other reasons. My experience is pre-covid, but I don't imagine much changed.

 

The whole purpose of that street is for people to find each other to touch each other, to say it nicely. Anybody who is not interested in this shouldn't go there. And especially not alone and at night.

I have to wonder if the perp wasn't set up. To get the CCTV at that time in the morning, even to have CCTV recording the crime, to identify and apprehend the perp, all before the sun comes up.
