An extraordinary tale of blackmail and sex has emerged in a case at a market in the Bang Yai area of Nonthaburi, near Bangkok.

 

Sanook reported that late on Tuesday a mobile phone trader managed to film a boy and a girl, aged 17 and 16 having sex in the toilets of the market.

 

When they emerged he showed them the clip and demanded that they pay him 5,000 baht blackmail so that he would remove the clip from his phone.

 

The boy decided to go to an ATM and left the girl with the trader.

 

The trader persuaded the girl - in her school uniform - to go with him to his Honda CRV where he allegedly forced her to give him oral sex. 

 

When the boy returned with the money and later realised what had happened the teens called 191.

 

The trader was arrested and all three were taken to Bang Yai police station where the mother of the girl and father of the boy turned up too.

 

The alleged perpetrator denied everything and said he wanted his lawyer.

 

Police found no clip on his phone but believe he removed the incriminating evidence before investigators arrived. 

 

The phone was taken into evidence.

 

DNA tests are set to be carried out on the girl’s uniform and inside the CRV.

 

The father of the girl - given the assumed name of Wit - said he and his wife were profoundly shocked by what had occurred and called on the trader to own up.

 

He said that his daughter had told him that the trader had removed her shirt and grabbed her breasts in the car while forcing her to give oral sex. 

 

He initially refused to remove the clips then took them off one by one, she told him.

 

When the boy returned with the money and paid off the trader the teen couple were initially out of contact until they met again outside the toilets and it emerged what the trader had done and the police were called. 

 

The father said that he was "very angry" with what had happened to his daughter.

 

Investigations continue. 

 

No names were given in the Sanook story with the three people involved being called just A, B and C.

I would imagine that this is the understatement of the year.

I'm sure the father will be visiting the "trader" in the not too distant future  . . . ????

Sorry, but the way I was brought up did not include having sex in a market toilet. Yes, the filming and consequent actions are deplorable.

Sounds like the parents failed, she was open before she was abused - having sex in public toilets with a lad before marriage is frowned upon in Thai culture.

In my 70's now and if i learn anything in this life i have learned that money sex drugs and alcohol makes people do really stupid things and it ain't going to change anytime soon...

As they were so near to the toilets, beating the <deleted> outta him would have been appropiate.

A lot of things are "frowned upon" this fake culture.

were they in the men's or women's lavatory?  The trader is evidently a vulgar, violent man, someone else might have tried selling them the video as a souvenir.

Maybe for you it was behind the bike sheds then?  It is the most natural thing in the world for youngsters to take any opportunity to "bonk" their brains out!  The toilets in the local park was a regular courting venue when I was a boy.

A similar thing happened in Europe some time ago. The girls boyfriend told the wannabe blackmailer, how about you give me a hundred euros and I won't beat you lifeless.

If and when one gets pregnant the family rallies around with support, it's a fact of life matter.

Most shrug their shoulders and get on with life, frowning has never been a Thai trait.

Yes..when I was teaching at a large government high school, one of the Thai teachers took me on the morning "busted !" scout around the campus...7:30 AM the kids liked to mess around behind the equipment sheds at the far end of the sports firlds. Almost everyday he said they are back there.

They were of similar age, not yet adults really, whereas the market trader (age not given) was one must presume an older adult not only forced a BJ, but had perved at them having sex and videoed them.
