I had cottage pie and a wine cooler.

Outside on the patio.

At 04.30!

Frosties!! I need the sugar hit to prepare for a nice stressy morning of moaning at contractors. Real full-fat milk.

And, as a Brit, tea of course (no milk or sugar).

Lunch will be in the office canteen, rice and two sides - 35Baht.

Dinner will be whatever Madam has prepared and a couple of cans.

Although my breakfast is usually about 0900.

Corn flakes

Raspberries

Dried cranberries

Whole milk

4 Ryvita with marmalade

You can't beat a healthy breakfast.

A package of deli meat (Iberico Chorizo, ham, salami, etc.) a handful of Kalamata olives, and piece of cheese (Edam, Gouda, Cheddar, etc.,) ... plus a liter of either English Breakfast, Darjeeling, or Keemun tea.

It's expensive, but I can't deal with horse feed first thing in the morning.

Peanut butter or cheese on toast, a bit of fruit, a cappuccino.

Always the same unless we go out to the avocado toast place. I live in a Japanese tourist ghetto, so a giant piece of toast with various toppings is very popular.

My fave breakfast is proper French Toast. So far, I've found none up to snuff in Chiang Mai.

Japanese people would love it, but no one's willing to take the chance and lay out for a bottle of maple syrup. The American South is a place where you can easily get paralyzed by the French Toast options.

Late breakfast fits in with my daily intermittent fasting 12-15 hrs, and half overnight.  Same brekkie everyday, tasty, unless out of town.  Or else it's a pastry w/coffee, or whatever the hotel is serving, if included.

Rest of the day is usually not as healthy, although except for sweet tooth fix (pastry or ice cream), then fairly healthy diet.

No cigs & alcohol is very rare.

Coffee and a couple of protein bars before a few hours in the gym.

Time to go.

The last night pick up from the bar and oh yeah, a cup of coffee.

Normally just a coffee before heading off to the gym, but this morning a coffee and a banana.

All Bran, crackers and cheese slice's, just eying up the first beer of the day. Remember what Quentin Crisp said- drink in the morning and the day goes quicker!

Same as me.

Fresh coffee (usually) with milk

First meal is a free lunch at 11. Whatever my employer serves, sometimes it's alright.

Used to do the evening beers, too, but now it's tea.

a blunt followed by some form of nourishment.

Fresh grind coffe, cucumber water, greek youghurt, brazil nuts, valnuts, banana, oat meal, and a few bites of dragon fruit mixed in is my normal breakfest these days, but today, hotel breakfest nescafe, egg, bacon, ham, sausage, toast, tomatos and orange juice.

Usually 2 thick slices of white toast with jam prior to a hard cycle, prior to golf beans on toast or porridge or both like today. Already had 1 tea and 2 coffees before 9am
