Daily News reported the latest figures from a Super Poll conducted last week.

1,078 people were asked various questions about the economy and government performance.

A total of 66.8% replied that they believed Thai PM Prayuth Chan-ocha could lead the country through the economic crisis to better days.

The vast majority - 96.6% - wanted easing of restrictions so that they could start earning and being more free again.

86.8% expected to have more money once restrictions were eased.

67.6  expressed confidence that the economy would soon bounce back.

But 78.1 pointed to forces within the government who were eroding public confidence.

If this percentage of Thais really do believe this, then they deserve everything they get.

What is needed is the answers and then work backwards from there, THEN pick your target audience, pollsters or what ever and always ask more people the loaded questions and then you can weed out the answers and the numbers to get the result you want.

They said what they said because there isn't really anyone else out there who either can or willing to take the job on, so the PM, right now, is a choice by default...

I think the Thai pronunciation for this company is Supabol. They should be taking bets.

They asked the partymembers, because they can't say something else

I think they are of the opinion , he knows how he got into this  mess he should know how to get out.

Who the <deleted> believes this B<deleted>

Was it only Family, friends and people who work for him who were asked? clearly didn’t ask any of the pro democracy supporters. I suppose there must be some logic in the result, as he and his stooges got the Country into this mess, it follows that they know only too well how to drag us out.

If you want to see hysteria, about 2 days before lottery day get a banana and with a pointed object" end of a paperclip will work fine" poke a number lets say 58 into said banana, in 2 days time the number will clearly be able to be seen, leave it in a prominent position sit back and watch the other 1/2 phone get red hot.

Thank you,  it just confirms what I have said all along,  that the majority of Thais support and believe in Khun Prayut Chan O Cha.  He has worked hard to keep Thailand moving ahead during Covid19. :wai:

I have found out that the poll was done in Government House only !

So are we expected to believe people are stupid enough to think the man behind the seriousness of the current situation is also the man who can fix it? I mean, really? This has to be a joke.

Only Thailand can count 1,078 people as “most people”, what about the thoughts of the other 70+ million people? This is the ass that for the country in to so much debt, don’t see him being able to get it out again. If Thailand wants to be out of debt, better make way for thaksin to come back and show them the way.

That will be a hard one, It's not like pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

If there was an election now - and the senate abstained from voting - who would then be a better leader of the nation..?

Were these people paid  to say this?

  • Popular Post

I wonder who were the people who were polled? were they all at the pro government demonstration? or regular people on the street?

Only asking because anyone i ever spoken to and when his name is mentioned, nothing but a bunch of swear words are given back in return

Was the poll conducted by Big Joke? Because that's what it is!

numbers don't lie

Ah but these do in relation to the heading of: Latest Poll suggests two thirds of Thais believe Prayuth can get Thailand out of economic mess,  because the sample size was far too small to be meaningful.

and most of the foreigners continued the celebration, as baht would continue to weaken.
