Vaccination (To be or not to be)

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

Hi, I am trying to get my head around all the vaccine info available on the web. It appears that all vaccines can have a side effect of death, at no given age or health wise. To have a vaccine of any brand seems to be like playing Russian Roulette with a pistol. I am in my late 60s and living in Isaan country Thailand. For me it is becoming harder everyday whether to be vaccinated or not and by what brand.

What are your thoughts on this matter. Cheers

Can you guess how many people died from vaccination? And, can you tell me how many of those that allegedly died from vaccination would probably have died anyway?

I suggest you adjust your risk mitigation strategy, get yourself vaccinated, stop reading h0rse$#!t websites (anti-vaxxers and the people that believe them are the dumbest people on Earth (the round Earth, ROUND!)) and make your decisions based on real world observations, not some fringe lunatic.

I am waiting for Moderna to arrive in October, might be a little late, however I let the AZ pass me by, by forgoing my appointment, that said, it's all about choices and up to you.

A lot here on TVF have received both, the Sinovac and AZ, no one dying, suffice to say, it's a one in a million you will go to your grave early with a vax, as for the vax, the stats appear to be good.

But "up to you"

My thoughts are that you don't need to worry about whether to be vaccinated or not as there aren't any vaccines available in Isaan. Can't even register for one, and if you did then the appointment was probably cancelled. I managed to register before the site was closed and it gave me a vaccination date of 1st January 1970. I have also registered at my local hospital - written into a book, hi-tech Thailand style, but have heard nothing and don't expect to.

So relax. You and I are extremely - extremely - unlikely to catch the virus. The number of those who do, outside of areas where migrants gather and work, is a tiny fraction of 1%.

Being in your late 60's you should probably get the vaccine. The virus is far more dangerous to you than the vaccine. That dynamic changes the younger you are. At your age you should get whatever vaccine you can because they are all good for preventing serious disease and preventing death. Although if I had to rate them I would get them in this order: 1. Pfizer, 2. Moderna, 3. J&J, 4. AZ, 5. One of the Chinese vaccines, 6. Sputnik.

Have people died from all of the Covid vaccines, of course they have and people die every year from every other vaccine we have. There is no 100% safe vaccine. People die from over the counter medications like acetominophen. We get vaccines because death from the disease is far more likely than death from the vaccine.

They presumed you have a Tardis then.

A 60 year old clown … congratulations on surviving this long.

Nutshell #1: even waking up every day involves side-effects of sickness or death

Nutshell#2: chances are you made it through your ~21,900 wake-ups by you or your parents following elementary medical advice. Keep it up.

Nutshell #3: if you insist on experimenting with Russian Roulette, don’t go with a pistol … they only have a single chamber … you will lose first time. Guaranteed. Try a revolver. Please.

Can you elaborate on this? At what age in your opinion should one consider not taking the vaccine?

Finally a thread to explore this very important issue that no one has raised yet.

Just get some ivermectin and you'll be fine.

They only report people dying after having the vaccine, very rarely do they report the actual cause of death. My wife is terrified of having the AZ vaccine but is quite happy to get the Sinopharm or something called COV19, whatever that is. My wife friend says it is 100% effective!

So much b.....t nothing in this world is 100%, especially vaccine, but she would rather listen to friends than look at science.

Ireland isn't even giving the J&J and AZ to people under 50 because of reports of blood clotting. Paranoid or prudent?

You have more chance of being run over walking to the hospital ,a tragedy if you get a blood clot, a miracle if you win the lottery ,but you still try every week.

So you want them to close this topic just qfter you had your say ??? I am not an anti-vaxxer but people should also not believe blindly what's in the mainstream media . Many kinds of news from doctors and scientists that go against the mainstream media are being blocked or just not heard and being put away as fals news . But why should people blindly believe everything on mainstream media and not listen to what others have to say . Just like what you are doing here , people have to read what you write and then you want the topic closed ?? Perfect example of what the mainstream media has been doing from the beginning .

I have ordered a bottle of Ivermectin 6 mg tablets through Lazada.  They are formulated for the treating of parasites in sheep, dogs, etc.

I don't know whether their formulation is suitable for humans.   It Germany, there are expensive 3,6 and 9 mg tablets available for human prescriptions.  I wonder whether the tablets for animals may be safe for human use.  Does anyone know? I don't have the ability to buy the German tablets right now.

That's the official policy of the Irish government so apparently they've done the calculations. Age is the important factor here. If you're 18 the experimental gene therapy vaccines make no sense to risk, but if you're over 50 then they do.

The "fact checkers" just walked back this one https://www.politifact.com/li-meng-yan-fact-check/. Oops. Lets see what they say about the risks of vaccines 12 months from now. Time will tell.

The gene therapy vaccines are new medical technology being issued under emergency use authorization. They appear safe but we don't know what the long term effects will be as they've not been in circulation even 12 months. Too many people have been injected to be able to properly monitor and track adverse effects. We'll know more in the following months and years.

Age is the single biggest factor. Look at the this chart from the US (pop. 330 million).  These are people who merely had C19 written on their death certificate and doesn't say anything about their health or other disease present.

How do you make the proper risk/reward calculation with this very aggregate and corse data? I have no idea! Good luck.

Life has a 100% risk of death. At your age the risk of the present vaccinations available is less than the neighbour's cat biting you to death. Catching Covid with all the serious consequences however carries a significantly hight risk. Just get a vaccination.

rely only on vax trial result summaries, giving protection %’s and side effect risks & statistics,

from western national medical institutes, i.e. FDA ( USA).Apply Best Reason & Facts.

Try boosting with some Lao Kao.. ( just kidding )

TWO fully Vaccinated people caught the Delta variant....

OMG............i hope this motivates more people to search for some special vax that protects us from everything.   Now I'm thinking one more year.........crazy.
