Daily News reported on the case of an attractive 23 year old woman in Chiang Mai who was featured online in a skimpy "no bra" costume selling a popular street snack.

Nong Olive - real name Aranya Apaiso - not surprisingly found that most of her new customers were men.

She was doing a roaring trade as the men slathered for her treats.

This was not missed on the cultural affairs department in Chiang Mai, the local council and the Chang Pheuak police who paid her a visit.

The council and the police showed her how to wear an apron and serve food in a hygienic manner and advised her to social distance if people asked for selfies.

The culture department said they couldn't dictate how she dressed but asked for her cooperation in making it a bit more conservative, reported Daily News.

Visa-compliant insurance plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m

Could not dictate how she dressed, but did anyway! If it was hygienic it would not be in the street to start with.

I'll guess at 10 refills  an extremely sore backside and numb hands and feet when you arrive.  ????

Perhaps one of those clear plastic aprons would be appropriate here...

Just when I though I had reached the point where I was immune to Thai hypocrisy  … and then this.

Also, what has culture got to do with this?  Topless was the rule 100 years ago.  I guess they are out to defend modern Thai culture only.  Don’t get me started on go-go bars and knocking shops.

Thailand is quite a conservative Country and walking the streets showing breasts isn't socially acceptable .

Yes, it was different 100 years ago, but times have changed since then

She should have worn the traditional Thai costumes

There's a scissors in front of me, which makes this an extremely frustrating photo to see.

But I will continue looking for a while longer.

My first thought when an apron was mentioned.

It’s really amazing to see time and time again how the authorities get their panties in a bunch when it comes to ‘ morality’ or some such silly and trivial thing. All that time and effort and energy would be much better spent on catching actual bad guys. But that would mean actually doing their job,  and we all know that ain’t never going to happen.

My wife's mom used to go around the house topless all the time.  Until she passed away about 10 years ago.

Cops made the right call. Multi-car pile up waiting to happen. Hellacious set of boobies.

Very entreprenurial of her. She found a gimmick to help her outsell her rivals. That shows initiative, something the government definitely doesn't want happening because that leads to their positin in power being questioned so they pull stunts like this to make the list of questions longer.
